I began studying Energy Work in 2011, training in three levels of Reiki, and studying with my first teacher for 8+ years. This foundation shaped everything that followed. Since then, I’ve continued deepening my practice - learning from many devout educators, developing my own intuitive healing style, and expanding into mediumship, tarot, astrology, and 500 hours of yoga teacher training.

These practices aren’t just services I offer. For me, this is a way of life. Every aspect woven into how I live, move, listen, and guide.

My approach is layered, loving, and led by what you need in the moment. The goal is that you leave settled and present.

In Solo Sessions, I blend my background of energy medicine, channeling, intuitive readings, and embodiment practices to create an experience just for you. Services available are Energy Work, Tarot Readings, Mediumship Sessions, Private Yoga Sessions & Spirit Baby Readings.

In Group Sessions, you’ll find a space to receive, reconnect, and practice - with other women walking similar paths. Whether we are on our yoga mats, reading cards, or holding space together, these gatherings are an invitation to drop in, be seen and grow in community. Sessions include Sunday Service (in-person) & Holding Space (virtual), each session takes place monthly.

Membership is all about community. It’s also an affordable option for those who wish to participate & receive regularly! With weekly uploads, monthly meet-ups, & opportunities to connect with open-minded individuals, it is my favorite little corner of the internet!
