I’m Karlie - most people call me “Fries.” I live at the intersection of outer beauty and inner alignment. I’ve been a stylist since graduating high school in 2009, and began holding space as an Energy Healer in 2011.

Whether we meet “behind the chair” or at Sunday Service, my intention is the same : to reflect your radiance back to you.

I can’t tell you exactly what I am doing here - but I know it feels right. This space was created to share the many, many stories and tools that I have gathered over the years.

By no means do I have it all figured out - the vibe is zen.ishhhh after all. I’m simply here to share what has helped me, and to encourage you to recognize all the ways that you too are worthy of love & joy.

This space is for the messy ones, the bossy ones, the soft ones, the seekers, the space holders, the highly sensitives, and the ones just trying to find a space (within themselves) to call home.

Wherever you fall on this beautiful spectrum of chaos & calm, I’m so, so grateful that you are here. I would love nothing more than to welcome you into our home, and to introduce you to all of the beautiful women who make this space so f**cking perfect.
